Our Values

Respecting each individual we care for without judging them, treating them with dignity at all times, supporting them fully in being as independent as possible and respecting their needs and wishes.

Valuing and developing our staff
We believe diversity is a strength, and value all staff regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, religion, physical abilities or sexual orientation.
We value and respect the contribution made by every individual and invest time and resources to enable all staff to develop professionally.

Continuously improving the care we give by challenging our procedures and policies to improve both quality of life and standards of care in our homes and to break new ground in every aspect of our work.

Making every pound count by ensuring that money is spent to maximum effect by minimising any over-capacity and administration costs through the development of "best value" culture.

Reaching out to others by creating a learning network to improve standards of care by providing accessible, affordable, high quality work-based training available to anyone.

Becoming an ever more effective organisation by developing our governance and management systems to make the very best use of assets and resources available to us.

Since 1862, RSAS AgeCare has been providing much-needed support for vulnerable individuals.

For nearly 60 years, this has taken the shape of high quality residential and nursing care provision for older people.
